   We realised we had a leak as the pipes hissing. Using their non intrusive leak detection they narrowed it down to under our kitchen floor. They dug in that spot and were within 20mm of where the leak was. Great service.

   Absolutely horrendous customer service. We have a leak and the office manager Tim had no customer skill in how to deal with customer queries. Did not go ahead has no faith they will be able to provide customer support should we have any issues after we had paid, also don’t be fooled by the no leak no fee , it’s a scam.
Please I strongly urge you to read the 1* reviews , I wish I had done that before calling as exactly my experience , I was shouted at was refused to speak the next person in charge. Please check the 1* on trust pilot before you hand over your hard earned money
They tried to get my review removed from trust pilot as of course the truth is hard to swallow. But the truth always win and they were proven wrong! Folks I done my bit to raise awareness, now the choice is yours

   I am leaving a review on behalf of one step ahead, Woking. We had a continuous leak from our ceiling at our salon! Numerous workers came to try and fix the leak and was unsuccessful. However, when I called specials leak detection they came out within the hour! Moe found the leak super quick and told us what it was. We got it fixed and haven’t had a leak since!

Right from the initial phone call to completion of the job we felt that we were dealing with professionals.
Tyler gave us a call on his way to tell us he was stuck in traffic and gave us a revised ETA. So, great communication. Upon arrival he presented himself as a friendly, caring professional, and got to work immediately. Using thermal detection equipment he located the leaking pipe under a concrete floor. With the offending problem now exposed it was agreed that he fix the issue working tirelessly until he successfully did so.
