We realised we had a leak as the pipes hissing. Using their non intrusive leak detection they narrowed it down to under our kitchen floor. They dug in that spot and were within 20mm of where the leak was. Great service.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. We have a leak and the office manager Tim had no customer skill in how to deal with customer queries. Did not go ahead has no faith they will be able to provide customer support should we have any issues after we had paid, also don’t be fooled by the no leak no fee , it’s a scam. Please I strongly urge you to read the 1* reviews , I wish I had done that before calling as exactly my experience , I was shouted at was refused to speak the next person in charge. Please check the 1* on trust pilot before you hand over your hard earned money They tried to get my review removed from trust pilot as of course the truth is hard to swallow.
