We use advance non-invasive leak detection equipment to pinpoint your leak. There is no damage to your property, i.e. no drilling, excavation, dirt or disruption.

Our leak detection engineers in London are qualified plumbers and have many year’s experience in installing and maintaining all types of plumbing systems. Once we have found your leak we will also be able to make arrangements for repairs to be conducted alongside any drying works required to extract water.

We provide a photographic insurance catered report within 48 hours of our visit.

In most cases the cost of our service is recoverable from your building insurance as part of ‘trace and access’ or under ‘escape of water’ cover.

We deploy the below methods to trace a leak:

Gas tracing using an inert hydrogen/nitrogen gas which can pass through most materials including timber, concrete and tiles.
Thermal imaging which identifies hot and central heating pipes under floors and in walls.
Acoustic microphones which is a hearing method.
Endoscopic cameras which can see into hidden and small spaces.
Protimeter advanced moisture meters to tell us exactly where the damp is.
Moisture mapping surveys
Consumption tests which measure any ‘unknown’ water usage when all taps and other outlets are turned off.
Pressure testing to identify leaking systems.
Wet and air testing of waste and drains internally.
UV dye testing.

We realised we had a leak as the pipes hissing. Using their non intrusive leak detection they narrowed it down to under our kitchen floor. They dug in that spot and were within 20mm of where the leak was. Great service.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. We have a leak and the office manager Tim had no customer skill in how to deal with customer queries. Did not go ahead has no faith they will be able to provide customer support should we have any issues after we had paid, also don’t be fooled by the no leak no fee , it’s a scam. Please I strongly urge you to read the 1* reviews , I wish I had done that before calling as exactly my experience , I was shouted at was refused to speak the next person in charge. Please check the 1* on trust pilot before you hand over your hard earned money They tried to get my review removed from trust pilot as of course the truth is hard to swallow. But the truth always win and they were proven wrong! Folks I done my bit to raise awareness, now the choice is yours

I am leaving a review on behalf of one step ahead, Woking. We had a continuous leak from our ceiling at our salon! Numerous workers came to try and fix the leak and was unsuccessful. Tyler gave us a call on his way to tell us he was stuck in traffic and gave us a revised ETA. So, great communication.
